Distributors

Distributors are local partners who represent Genio Roasters in specific regions. They play a vital role in providing direct support to customers and ensuring smooth communication and service.

  • Primary Contact: If you’ve purchased your roaster through a distributor, they are your first point of contact for support, inquiries, and assistance. Genio Roasters remains available in the background for additional support if needed.
  • Services Provided:
    • Localized customer service and support
    • Handling of sales inquiries and transactions
    • Access to spare parts and technical services

Agents

In regions where Genio does not have a dedicated distributor, we collaborate with agents. Agents act as facilitators, connecting customers to Genio's head office for purchases and support.

  • Role of Agents:
    • Facilitate customer inquiries and direct them to the Genio head office
    • Provide initial guidance and information about Genio machines
  • Responsibilities:
    • Agents do not handle sales or after-sales support directly; these remain the responsibility of Genio's head office.

Demo Sites

Demo sites are unique partnerships with existing Genio Roasters customers who have created exceptional roastery spaces and share a passion for our equipment.

  • Purpose:
    • Allow prospective customers to see Genio roasters in action
    • Provide hands-on experience with the machines before purchasing
  • Features:
    • Operated by experienced roasters who are happy to share their insights
    • A chance to test roast and understand the capabilities of Genio machines

Global Presence

While we strive to maintain distributors, agents, or demo sites in as many regions as possible, we may not always have local representation in every country. However, with customers in over 42 countries, Genio Roasters has extensive experience managing international inquiries and providing remote support. No matter where you are, our team is dedicated to ensuring you receive the assistance you need.
