Chaff Water Quench Water quenching in the chaff cyclone is used to reduce the change of chaff fires and to assist in cleaning out the chaff.
Sensors How many sensors does the machine employ to monitor roasting and provide feedback and insight into the roasting profile.

Motors How many motors does the machine have? More is better.
Burner Power The power of the burner in kilowatt. This affects the responsiveness and overall power of the roaster.
Roasting Fan Power How much power does the roasting fan have to increase convection heating and remove chaff and smoke.

AI-Powered Roasting
The Evolution series is a new coffee roasting system that introduces artificial intelligence (AI) into the coffee roasting industry. The goal of this AI system is to link cupping scores with roast profiles, which are like a recipe that determines the flavor of the beans. This means that the system can learn from the feedback of coffee tasters and create a roast profile that perfectly matches the desired taste.
Interactive Roaster
One of the unique selling points of the Evolution series is its ability to interact with its user. The roaster communicates effectively with humans through its control interface, lights that pulse or flash to convey information, and a touch screen to interact with the roasting software. The data analytics feature gives feedback on roasting performance, enabling the user to make informed decisions about their roasting process.
Active Heat-Transfer
Another exciting feature of the Evolution series is its active heat transfer technology. The roasting drum transfers heat evenly over the entire drum surface area to roast all of the beans at a consistent temperature. The machine recirculates waste heat back into the roasting chamber, reducing fuel consumption and creating a sealed and consistent roasting environment.
Roasting Made Easy
A roastery is a complex business process that requires the operator to know what to do at the correct time. Our system makes this easy by employing automation, intuitive machine operation and advanced roast scheduling. Our redesigned ProRoast system organizes orders, schedules the roasts that you need to do, keeps track of inventory and automatically creates packing lists from roast schedules for your customer orders. Automation is available when you want it and can be enabled or disabled at any point during the roast.
Unique Features
The Genio 6 Evolution series coffee roasting machine features an AI-Ready control system that was designed from the ground up to allow AI roasting using advanced Machine Learning algorithms. Our unique system synchronizes all of our roasters' data globally to a central database where the AI can crunch the numbers and send predictive roasting data back to your machine. This means that all of the Evo series machines can learn collectively, and you benefit from receiving real-time roast profile predictions no matter the bean origin, weather or location of your roastery.

Where it all started
The Evolution series started with a dream, but became a reality. The dream was to create a powerful, convection focussed roaster that could automatically roast any profile using the data learned from the collective roasters around the world.
